These terms govern your access to and use of Card Hangar Ceduna, an offline poker venue with a secondary restaurant located at 64 Devonshire St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Card Hangar Ceduna, participating in any offline poker activity, or using the restaurant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, including serious poker players, guests, and restaurant patrons. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enter the venue or participate in any poker experience.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the venue after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Venue Access and Conduct

Card Hangar Ceduna is a private venue for offline poker and dining. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms or disruptive behaviour.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enter the poker room or card lounge.
  • Appropriate attire is required; we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitably dressed.
  • Respect for other players, staff, and the venue is mandatory. Harassment, cheating, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal.
  • Photography and recording are not permitted in the poker room without prior written consent.

3. Poker Room and Card Lounge Use

The poker room and card lounge are dedicated spaces for face-to-face poker. Use of these areas is subject to the following rules.

  • Only registered participants may enter the poker room during scheduled poker nights or tournaments.
  • The card lounge is available for casual play and socialising, subject to availability.
  • All poker games must be conducted in accordance with the rules posted in the poker room.
  • The venue reserves the right to limit the number of participants in any poker game or tournament.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted in the poker room or card lounge.

4. Poker Tables and Equipment

Card Hangar Ceduna provides professional poker tables and equipment for use during poker experiences. You are responsible for their proper use and care.

  • Poker tables, chairs, cards, and chips must be used only for their intended purpose.
  • Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the responsible participant.
  • Personal items must not be placed on poker tables during play.
  • The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

5. Poker Nights, Tournaments, and Private Events

Card Hangar Ceduna hosts regular poker nights, poker tournaments, and private poker events. Participation in these activities is subject to the following terms.

  • Registration is required for all poker tournaments and private events. Registration does not guarantee a seat.
  • The venue reserves the right to modify or cancel any poker night, tournament, or private event at any time.
  • Participants must follow the instructions of the dealer and venue staff at all times.
  • Private events may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking.
  • The venue is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in poker activities.

6. Restaurant Dining

The restaurant at Card Hangar Ceduna offers dining services to guests. The following terms apply to restaurant use.

  • Restaurant reservations are recommended but not required.
  • The restaurant menu and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the restaurant.
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or disruptive.
  • Restaurant dining is secondary to the poker experience and may have limited hours during poker events.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Card Hangar Ceduna provides its venue and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability as follows.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the venue or participation in poker activities.
  • We are not responsible for personal injury or property damage except where caused by our gross negligence.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of any specific poker table, game, or tournament.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Card Hangar Ceduna from any claims arising from your violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and at the venue, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Card Hangar Ceduna and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
  • The Card Hangar Ceduna name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.
  • Any unauthorised use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
